Fujifilm X-T4 vs Sony Alpha A7 Mark 3 | Which one to buy ?

Fujifilm India has launched it's latest flagship camera X-T4 in India today at a price of Rs 1,54,999 - Rs 1,99,999 . Is it a better buy than Sony A7III ( Mark 3 ) which now sells around Rs 1,34,900 - Rs 1,54,990 in India? Let's compare the specs between these two flagship cameras. Sony A7 III vs Fujifilm X-T4 - Specs Comparison A7M3 has a bigger Full frame sensor while X-T4 has a smaller APS-C size sensor. Is it a big deal? A full-frame sensor offers better image quality, depth of field, and low light performance. This doesn't mean XT-4 is a bad camera. It's definitely one of the best in the market in terms of image quality and performance. However, Sony has the edge here. There are a few things X-T4 can do but Sony A7M3 can't.  XT-4 can record 4K @ 60fps with ease. Sony can't do that yet. It's a shame there is currently no Sony Alpha camera in the market that can do 4K @ 60fps!  So which one to buy? Sony or Fujifilm? If you have never bo

What's stopping Sony from launching Alpha A7S3 ( ILCE-7SM3 )?

Sony's A7S series is known for its low light Video capture and was once the go-to camera to shoot high-quality 4K videos in challenging lighting conditions. It can see in the Dark and perform better than any other similarly priced cameras in high ISO conditions. A7S2 ( ILCE-7SM2 ) has been out for a while now, and A7S3 / ILCE-7SM3 is long overdue. What's stopping Sony from bringing its flagship video-centric mirrorless camera to the market? If you look at recently launched Sony bodies like the A9 Mark 2, A7R3 Mark 4, APS-C flagship A6600, you would notice one major feature missing on all those bodies. None of these cameras can shoot 4K at 60fps. While every major camera manufacturer is launching new bodies with 60fps 4K, for some reason Sony is not able to launch one with it. It's a curious case. Maybe there is some technical issue Sony is facing with the technology they have, that is stopping them from implementing this feature.  Sony's recently launched FX9 -

Why many think Sony A6600 is a bad upgrade

Sony recently launched A6600 and A6100 mirrorless cameras . Sony Alpha A6600 is their current flagship APS-C camera while the A6100 is aimed at first time mirrorless camera owners. A lot of Sony fans were quite unimpressed by the specs of the A6600. Many professionals who often use A6000 series of camera were also disappointed by the specs as they were expecting something else. No 4K @ 60fps - a lot of new flagship APS-C and Full Frame cameras launching in 2019 are now giving an option to record 60fps 4K. It's very surprising to see Sony, who used to offer 4K when a lot of others were stuck on 1080P, choosing not to bring 4K @ 60fps to A6600.  Same old sensor - A6600 comes with the same sensor as the old A6500. This sensor on board is not exceptional and have rolling shutter issues as well. You expect Sony - the leading camera sensor manufacturer in the world - to bring out something new in their flagship camera. Disappointing. These two factors are the reason why many pro

Since Sony's mount has been there for years, there are plenty of native lenses to choose from comparing to the fairly new Z mount. Nikon has launched two new lenses along with the Z50 - Nikkor 16-50mm and 50-250mm.  Battery : Nikon Z50 ( EN-EL25 ) has a CIPA rating of 320 shots while CIPA of Sony Alpha A6400 is 410 shots. In real world scenarios, you can get much more than these ratings though.  Vlogging Setup : Sony A6400 can be tilted up 180 degree while Z50 can be t
