There are a lot of Photo Editing Apps available online on Google Play Store. Some are Paid while some are completely Free to use. Out of all those numerous apps, there are two mobile apps that every Instagram / Social Media user is aware of and uses often for their needs - Adobe Lightroom Mobile and Snapseed .  Snapseed, even though owned by Google, wasn't developed by them. Google hasn't cared to update this app for an almost an year now ( as of this writing ). Lightroom Mobile on the other hand has seen numerous software updates and are actively developed. While Snapseed is completely free, Lightroom Mobile is subscription based. However, most features on the LrMobile are available to use without any subscription, only Advanced Pro features like Healing, Perspective Correction, Selective adjustments etc are restricted to use.
