Canon has launched RF 70-200mm F4 L IS USM lens in the US at a price of  $1,599 . It is now available to pre-order online on Amazon.com ( check here ). Canon has also launched a nifty fifty 50mm F1.8 lens in Canon RF mount at an affordable price of $199.99.  Canon RF 70-200mm F4 L IS USM is a medium telephoto lens made for Canon RF mount cameras like EOS R5, R6, EOS RP, etc. This lens is not compatible with Canon DSLR or EOS M series mirrorless cameras.  It offers a constant F4 aperture throughout the zoom range. There is also a more expensive 70-200mm variant with a constant F2.8 aperture lens, which has a price tag of $2699  in the US. This lens features an Optical Image Stabilizer which according to Canon offers up to 5 Stops of Shake Correction.
