Magic Watch ( 1st Gen ) features a 1.2-inch AMOLED touchscreen with 390 x 390 pixels resolution. While many smartwatches last a day or two, you can get around 7 days of backup with this smartwatch. If you switch on the 24-hour heart rate sensor, the battery won't last for that long though.  I have been using this model for more than 6 months now and is completely satisfied with the performance of this watch.
