Huawei has finally decided to launch Honor 9X in India. It will be available soon online from Flipkart. MRP price expected is under 15K. Check out the Teaser page here. Many potential customers would be wondering if  the newer Honor 9X comes with Google Apps and Play Store . The answer is YES. This is because Honor 9X was certified before Trump administration banned US companies from having trade relationships with Huawei.  Honor 9X is a mid-range smartphone powered by Hisilicon Kirin 710 Octacore processor. It comes with a bezel-less design with a pop-up selfie camera. On the back, it features a Triple Camera system. The 9X and 9X Pro launched in China are slightly different from the Indian Honor 9X Variant. The chinese variants have Kirin 810 processor on board. Honor 9X Global Camera Review [ Indian Variant ]

Honor 9X Global variant will soon be launching in India in coming weeks. It will ship with Google Apps unlike other new Huawei / Honor mobiles as the 9X was announced a while back before the Huawei ban. Honor 9X's main highlight feature is it's Triple Camera setup at the back. It comes with a 48MP F1.8 main sensor and a 8MP ultra wide angle sensor. There is also a 2MP depth sensor for Bokeh / Aperture Mode / Portrait shots. So how good is the Honor 9X camera ? Even though the sensor is a 48MP one, the recommended shooting mode is 12MP. In that setting, you get a 4-in-1 Super Pixel mode resulting in better image quality and details. Also, the file size is much smaller than the default 48MP jpg file size. The image quality out of the 12MP photos is quite good. Dynamic range is fine as well. However, the 8MP Ultra wide angle lens , even though is fun to use, the image quality is quite bad. Huawei has officially launched Honor 9X International / Global edition and is coming soon to India as well. This Global Honor 9X variant is different from the one they launched a couple of months ago in China. There are some very surprising specs changes.
