Canon has launched an affordable Nifty-Fifty RF 50mm F1.8 STM lens for its EOS R Mirrorless Line-up. It has a price tag of  $199.99 in the US and is now available to pre-order online from Amazon US ( check here ). It will be available to purchase in India in the coming weeks as well. You can use it on bodies like EOS R5, R6, RP, EOS R, etc. These are not compatible with DSLR cameras or EOS M Series of Canon cameras.  This lens features an STM motor - A Stepping Motor - which offers smoother and quieter Auto Focus while recording video as well as for photos.
