Ever wanted to post to Instagram while you are on your Laptop or PC ? There is a very easy way to post to Instagram using Google Chrome on Desktop. You don't need to install any extensions or download any third party software to get access to that + upload button. Steps to get Upload button on Instagram on PC/Laptop. Open instagram.com on Google Chrome Login to Instagram if you haven't yet on PC Right Click and Click on Inspect ( Alternately you can use the Keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + I ) At the top of the resulting page, you can see a few drop down arrows. Click the first one and choose 'Responsive' from the list. After that Hit F5 to refresh the Page - there it is. You can now see the + upload sign on Instagram desktop.
