Indian Govt has allowed E-commerce sites like Flipkart, Amazon.in, Snapdeal, etc to start selling Mobile phones to customers again ( April 19 onwards ). Both Flipkart and Amazon have now brought all mobiles back in Stock. Since the country is under lockdown, expect big delays in delivery though in some places.

Flipkart has announced they will start delivering Mobiles from April 20 onwards. They have also mentioned currently they won't be accepting orders from pin-codes in Karnataka, West Bengal, and Sikkim.
In other news, Since April 1, 2020, the price of almost every smartphone has gone up thanks to the increase in GST Taxes from 12% to 18%. So mobiles like Poco F2 has seen a Rs 1000 increase while iPhone 11 has gone up to Rs 68,300 from Rs 64,900.
