Huawei has officially announced their next flagship phones - Mate 30 Series ( Pro, Lite and regular ) - will launch on Sept 19th. This is the first major phone launch from Huawei since the Huawei Ban by Trump administration.
Due to the ban, Google and Huawei can't work together or sign licencing agreements. This means, the latest flagship from Huawei - Mate 30 Pro will ship without Google services. So, in short, you won't have access to vast amount of apps found of Google Play Store as it won't come pre-installed on the phone. One other issue Huawei is going to face with the Mate 30 Pro would be how they would push future software updates. Instead of relying on the Android version Google provides, they would now need to wait for the AOPS ( open source Android ) to surface and then build from those code with EMUI 10 on top.
Apart from this big worry, Huawei is gearing up to launch a true flagship phone with Great Cameras on board which are of course going to be Leica branded.
